The building is installed on 36” high cinder block piers and ABS pads to help distribute its weight. | | | Interior: | | | The building was designed with double layered floors to accommodate heavy file cabinets and the large amount of people occupying the office complex. The modular complex is a steel (bar joist) clear span building with a drop ceiling. The Flexwall system provides the client with the ability to have various options in setting up the flexible floor space and can be easily moved to meet the requirements of the staff. Solid core doors have been added for privacy. To meet the high tech needs of the staff, every floor has multiple roughed in EMT conduit for extra electrical, data, fire, and pa systems.
