Electrical wiring is installed in EMT conduit. The building has two restrooms that are handicap accessible. There is 2 - 4 x 8 white marker boards and 2 - 4x 4 vinyl covered tack boards. It has a teacher’s closet with a locking door. |

The building exterior is .024 aluminum vertical siding with designer beige coloring. The classroom is set on a foundation with no decks or ramps. Aluminum framed windows, with insulated double pane glass, are furnished complete with screens. The building comes with commercial steel exterior doors and frames. |
