The building layout has to accommodate 25 to 30 office staff. The seven 12x64 modular floors will provide 18 offices, a 27’x22’ main conference room, a 24’x19’ secondary conference/board room, a 27’x13’ reproduction room, a 27’x11’ area for support staff, a kitchen and men’s and women’s restrooms. The modular complex is installed on 36” high black cedar block piers.
Each interior room has multiple phone and data locations. The Flexwall system was installed to allow the customer to have the option to add or remove walls with ease. In moving the Flexwall, there is no damage to the floor or ceiling and has the added advantage that the walls can be used over and over again in different configurations. | |
